Some of the things we saw and did today...

| We walk downstairs and are greeted by Zorro, our replacement Ziggy. |

| Wonderful breakfast... this was prima piatto, followed by eggs with grilled cheese, lardo (yes, fried fat), prosciutto, and bacon! Oh... and chocolate croissants, bread, butter, 3 cups of coffee, 2 of juice... |

| In an attempt to walk off breakfast, we headed into town along this leafy road. Lierna is a lovely, small town that's not overrun with tourists. |
 |
| Walked up the streets above the Via Roma to get away from the traffic. |
 |
| Enjoyed peaks at the lake between the houses. |
 |
| Came around the bend and beheld this lovely sight, one of hundreds! |
 |
| Drove to Varenna for lunch on the main piazza and had pizza again... not good, again. |
 |
| Walked down to the waterfront for "afters" and enjoyed the view. |
 |

| Returned home as the sun moved lower in the sky over the mountains to the east... |
